    There are many scientifically proven benefits of developing an “attitude of gratitude”.  Among them:  Improving physical health, improving psychological health, enhancing empathy, reducing aggression, improve sleep, improve self-esteem, and increasing mental strength. Isn’t it a blessing that long before scientists were able to complete multiple studies to prove the benefits, we had the wisdom of the Holy Scripture telling us to spend time in gratitude and in praise of the Lord.
