Menu Plan #5: Week of 10/31/11
Breakfast: Oatmeal with coconut oil and bananas
Dinner: Beans, Rice and Almond Bread
Breakfast: Pumpkin Muffins from Healthy Snacks to Go
Dinner: Fish & Sweet Potatoes & a salad
Wednesday: Note, Company arrives so I reserve the right to change the rest of this at any time
Breakfast: Eggs & Pumpkin Smoothie
Dinner: Meatloaf & Cottage Potatoes
Breakfast: Oatmeal & Green Smoothie
Dinner: Enchiladas with Mom For dessert…pumpkin cake!
Breakfast: Eggs & Sausage
Dinner: Homemade Pizza & Stove top Popcorn (as with every Friday…its tradition!)
Breakfast: Out at our favorite breakfast place (I hope!)
Dinner: Chicken & Quinoa in the crockpot
Breakfast: Dad’s scones (I HOPE!)
Dinner: Leftovers/order in
